RECIPE INGREDIENT LISTING

  • ½ cup YOSO Plain / Unsweetened Yogurt of your choice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 small banana (unfrozen will make it blend easier)
  • ¼ cup ground chia
  • 2 scant cups frozen raspberries
  • pinch sea salt

 

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all of the ingredients to your blender (make sure to add softer ingredients first).
  • Use the Ice Cream setting on your hand blender and blend away.
  • If it’s too thick for your blender, add dairy-free milk 1 tablespoon at a time and stop during to wipe sides down and give it a little lovin'!
