RECIPE INGREDIENT LISTING
- ½ cup YOSO Plain / Unsweetened Yogurt of your choice
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 small banana (unfrozen will make it blend easier)
- ¼ cup ground chia
- 2 scant cups frozen raspberries
- pinch sea salt
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender (make sure to add softer ingredients first).
- Use the Ice Cream setting on your hand blender and blend away.
- If it’s too thick for your blender, add dairy-free milk 1 tablespoon at a time and stop during to wipe sides down and give it a little lovin'!
