SHIPPING POLICY
At YOSO, we endeavour to deliver all online orders within 3-5 business days from the day of order confirmation. After an order is shipped, an email with the corresponding shipping information will be sent to the email address provided.
Our Shipping Policy per Product Category is as follows:
YOSO YOGURTS:
- Currently shipped throughout Ontario. Some restrictions may apply.
- Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more before taxes
- $10.00 Flat Fee Shipping Cost on all orders less than $50.00 before taxes
YOSO IMMUNO10 SMOOTHIES:
- Currently shipped throughout Ontario. Some restrictions may apply.
- Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more before taxes
- $10.00 Flat Fee Shipping Cost on all orders less than $50.00 before taxes
All YOSO Orders that require refrigeration are delivered in the appropriate transportation to ensure the highest quality in our products. Unfortunately, currently we do not deliver our amazing YOSO Yogurts and IMMUNO10 Smoothies outside of Ontario, but please feel free to reach out to your local retailer and inquire if they carry these YOSO products.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if you have an issue with your purchase, product quality issues or other concerns, please reach out to our customer service team by email and we’ll work to quickly find a solution.
