Pomegranate and Kale Power Smoothie

RECIPE INGREDIENT LISTING

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened YOSO coconut yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup organic strawberries or mixed berries
  • 1 to 2 handfuls of baby kale (or substitute spinach)
  • 1/2 scoop vegan protein powder
  • Additional water, if desired to thin out

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all of the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add extra water to thin out and sweeten a bit more if necessary.
  • You will need to modify the sweetness based on how sweet or sour your berries and pomegranate juice are.
  • Serve immediately.
