RECIPE INGREDIENT LISTING
- 1/3 cup unsweetened YOSO coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 cup organic strawberries or mixed berries
- 1 to 2 handfuls of baby kale (or substitute spinach)
1/2 scoop vegan protein powder
- Additional water, if desired to thin out
- Place all of the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add extra water to thin out and sweeten a bit more if necessary.
- You will need to modify the sweetness based on how sweet or sour your berries and pomegranate juice are.
- Serve immediately.
