Strawberry Rhubarb Overnight Oats

Serves - 2 cups
Strawberry Rhubarb Overnight Oats

  • 1 Cup Fresh Rhubarb (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries (chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Yoso Unsweetened Oat Yogurt
  • 2+ Tbsp Immuno10 Oat-based Smoothie in Vanilla flavour
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats


  1. In a saucepan combine the rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, and vanilla. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until very tender.
  2. Puree in a blender and add the yogurt & milk.
  3. In a jar, combine the puree and the oats; shake until completely mixed up. Let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.
